I’m really happy with this product. It’s a great starter ukulele for a toddler. The carry bag is an excellent touch and she loves carrying it around. It arrived in great packaging - standard for string instruments. The pink finish looks really attractive and it was exactly what our child wanted.

Bought this as a cheap ukulele that I was not worried about bashing about. It is cheap for a reason, not a great finish, the build is less than outstanding and the sound is obviously not the best.. The nut was so far of centre that the 4th string was right on the edge of the neck so I had to do some diy on that. Not sure what the point is of glueing the nut in place so some work with a scalpel was required. Overall it is what it is - a cheap Uke. If the nut had been properly fitted I would have given it 4 stars.

Excellent quality and good value for money

Very disappointing product. Yes, it is cheap, but what is the point if it is unusable. I wish I'd invested in a more expensive uke for my little girl. Impossible to get it to maintain its tuning- slips out of tune after seconds, intonation is a disaster. It comes with a chord book, but as every chord is discordant, its pretty useless. The positive reviews here baffle me. I wanted to teach my girl some tunes on Christmas day, but this will just end up sitting in a corner with other neglected toys. Next time I'll go to a physical shop and try before I buy.

Premettendo che qualunque musicista che si rispetti non comprerebbe mai uno strumento musicale online a scatola chiusa per ovvie ragioni e, soprattutto, dovrebbe essere ben conscio del costo di strumenti professionali, il prodotto in questione risponde perfettamente alle aspettative che si dovrebbero avere sull'articolo. Non è una Fender ma, di nuovo, credo che nessuno parta con quella pretesa. Le corde arrivano montate e allentate per evitare che si spacchino durante il viaggio; il materiale con cui sono fatte non è metallo bensì nylon, il che le rende più gentili per i principianti che ancora devono sviluppare i calli alle dita. Non c'è nessun problema di suono e non è vero che lo strumento sia incapace di tenere l'accordatura (ricordo che qualunque strumento musicale a stringhe necessita di tempo per mantenere l'accordatura - le corde perdono tensione nel tempo, è normale). La cassa è ben tagliata e il suono risulta nitido e armonioso. Unica pecca è la vernice che a mio parere dà un effetto abbastanza disastroso allo strumento: sembra infatti essere stata stesa senza cura, lasciando bolle qua e là e creando delle fastidiose rughe nel manico. A parte questo però l'ukulele fa quello che deve fare ed il suo prezzo rimane imbattibile per chi cerca qualcosa di modesto per iniziare a impratichirsi con questo meraviglioso strumento. Qualcosa su cui mi sento vivamente di consigliare attenzione è la grandezza dello strumento, qualcosa di puramente soggettivo ma che è bene tenere a mente all'acquisto di un ukulele. Questo è un 21 pollici, il più piccolo nella sua scala. Per coloro che hanno le mani molto grosse o particolarmente poco agili potrebbe essere conveniente considerare la misura 23 o addirittura 26. Il risultato in termini di suono è lo stesso, ma forse a mio parere facilita l'esecuzione di note noiose (cito il G7 giusto per dare materiale di ricerca). Per il resto, lo consiglio vivamente.
