It fits most AC wall control panels, i used to have switch bot but its mechanism didnt work with my AC, I got two for both AC controls and they work amazing

Didnt work properly, The arm is not short and not strong enough to push the button, it only touches the button lightly which doesn’t allow it to turn on/off , the bluetooth keeps disconnecting, the settings can not be saved for more than one use , it automatically goes back to default settings after one click, didnt connect to Alexa

This product is great and does exactly what it sets out to do! And opens a whole new world of possibilities for my home. For the negative comments, I feel that there is a misunderstanding on the expectations from this product. If You want this to work remotely, it needs a hub. It's very clear. As for Bluetooth issues I can't really comment as I use exclusively with Alexa and a hub and it works fine. Thumbs up for the product and more importantly the support. I have old central ac units that I could not put a smart thermostat on.. with this now I can make routines to turn on and off remotely with some routines etc in my vacation home when I'm away and it reaches a certain temperature(different sensor) for example. Overall one of the best gadgets out there. You just need to know what you're getting .

I had a tough time finding a thermostat for my AC as I needed to control it remotely. Then came across this and gave it a try. Luckily it worked after some tweaking. Compared to other switchbots this works well with button style. It even has the option to adjust the level of click. One drawback is it does not support wifi and Bluetooth is limited to 3-5 meters. You need to buy an additional unit which helps it connect to wifi.

This product can only be turned on with the app when you are near it. Otherwise, when you leave home it won’t turn on with the app if you are far away. I prefer finding another product but so far it’s fine.

Don't bother because by the time it actually works ull have to get up and for example check if the lights are actually turned on because of its constant disconnect.
