Perfect for gel printing
Perfect for use in gel/Gelli printing as an unpigmented pickup layer. It is transparent enough for my needs, but it does darken some papers. Seems to take slightly longer to dry than pigmented paint in the same Pebeo range.

Good medium
First time ive used a medium so not an expert review but seems to work to allow paint to be applied easily without not drying g too quickly.

Has changed my life!
Fantastic product, saves my life repeatedly. I am a photographer of 'things' (not people), which I need to pose in front of a decor, which I usually make, for example by collaging cuttings from magazines & pages from books: these pictures show bad flash reflections on my photos - but now, I can just 'paint' a thin layer of this gel with a soft painting brush (like painting a water colour), and without changing anything to the pictures, they'll no longer reflect my camera flash! - It dries quickly. - It can be applied onto shiny things as well - not just pictures; for example to mattify dolls' eyes, as some dolls can be hard to photograph due to the flash reflections in their eyes. - It's easy to apply, but you can't apply it straight from the tube: I use a scrap of paper / card or a tealight case to press a little gel onto/into and then apply it with a soft watercolour brush. Do clean up your brush right away after that so its hairs don't risk sticking together; but I have had no problem at all on this score.

I bought this in hopes that I could use it to transfer a laser printed image to a linoleum block for printmaking. The image transfers well enough, although it's a bit difficult to remove all the paper. I had some difficulty in pushing my tool into my block to start carving where paper was left behind (rather stiff and showed resistance). I think it was just my scenario where I was using a relatively soft linoleum block that it didn't work out as well as I hoped. For that reason, I have deducted one star. However, for a solid surface like wood, this product works out very well!
