Perfect! Very tasty jamón. No too salty. We’ll buy again for sure :)

Quality price is not bad, when I opened the jamón I was surprised quite a lot of meat for what I paid. I was cutting a little every day until last week I saw that it is raw inside and today when I open it it is in such bad condition, it has rotted inside. My partner has eaten without knowing is not in good condition for and has a horrible stomach ache! Seller, how is it possible to sell a raw ham with how dangerous it is for human health?? If they are exported to another country, why don't you sell the same quality as in the country where it is made it? So so bad situation

Has this a number of times. This is my go to ham. Always tastes good and is rapidly eaten!! Yes at times there is fat but that is what you want. Will always buy this.

Item arrived well packaged, however once opened I found the fat was missing on one side of the Jamon which meant that half the ham was already exposed and dried out. The flavour of this is very mediocre and also occasionally has a bitter taste. Having lived in Spain I do know what I am talking about, this isn't a great Jamon and I definitely would not purchase this one again, maybe I have been unlucky with this one as there are good reviews on it but it tastes odd and half of it is too dried out to eat due to the missing fat on one side. Very disappointed.

Wow - a really good shoulder of ham - as good as any I have had over the years, including a lot in Spain. Superb flavour and lean meat. The family are all mad about Serrano ham so I didn’t expect it to last long, but 2 weeks of Covid lock-down later, there isn’t a huge amount left, as you can probably see from the photo! A lovely thing to have in the kitchen and pick at. A really good ham and it will not be long before we are ordering our next one... Tip - make sure you have a proper ham knife - Long, thin, flexible blade and ultra sharp - it makes all the difference.

Bon jambon, mais un p'tit peu trop de gras a mon gout

Me ha sorprendido mucho la manera en que viene el jamón. Ya que viene en una caja de cartón y el jamón viene envuelto en una bolsa protectora de tela y a su vez viene envasado al vacío. Cosa que no había visto nunca pero me ha resultado muy curioso. Al jamón no le puedo poner ninguna pega está muy rico de sabor,en el punto exacto de curación. Me encuentro muy contento con la compra.

Doskonała Serrano w bardzo dobrej cenie, jak widać na zdjęciu, zaraz będzie trzeba zamówić kolejną :)
