It doesn't say where the oil was made.

is there any disclaimer on the label to say it is not tested on animals?

I have not noticed anything regarding testing on animals. I would not think as a natural product and lavender not being dangerous to people, it would need to be tested on animals.

Can it be used in a humidifier ? Can it be used in baby's room ?

Hi I use it in my Daughter's plug in ultrasonic diffuser /humidifier (added to water). and have done every night for a few years. it has to be the pure essential oil. not sure if that helps, I hope so.

How can you use essential oil in the washing machine?

I add a couple of drops of the oil to the final rinse. I also make my own clothes wash liquid and add it to that. A drop in the washing machine drum also improves the smell of the drum itself.
