I was reticent about buying this due to many poor reviews. However, I must have had a 'good un' because my remote turned up quickly, functioned perfectly, and is an equal match to the quality of the Hisense remote I was provided with the TV when new. That failed after just 12 months use (Infrared ceased working).So, from my personal experience, I have been extremely pleased. Obviously, it is too soon to say whether it stands much of a test of time but the original lasted just 12 months (very light use) so it has little to live up to.

Very obviously not the same build quality as the "official" Hisense remote. Bit cheap and nasty in the hand and the buttons are extra clicky. Completely stopped working after 2 weeks and returned for a refund.

I love the way this remote works.

Look, does it work? Yes. Does it feel cheap with some of the buttons having warped edges? Sure. But it works. I ordered this after the trusty remote that came with the tv died, and it came quick, worked as soon as I put batteries in it, and was no fuss. So yeah, if you’re just after a new controller which works, this is fine.

Does its job. Son happy again!

My original remote that come with my TV ended up broken and therefore was in the market for a replacement. I came across this one and thought the price was reasonable and looks similar to the original controller.Immediately on opening you can tell its a cheaper product, not original. Upon popping a few batteries into it, it did work straight away although after it was dropped on the floor some of the internals had come loose and no longer functioned properly. The original had been dropped several times and was fine.If you're looking for a remote, this will definitely do the trick but isn't original quality.
