I have some boulders ranging from 100 to 200 pounds. Can this use for moving boulders? I see the pictures, but had anyone tried?

We have no boulders on our property to move, But, my wife and I in our 70's have moved pots with plants weighing more than 150 pounds, I would recommend wearing steel tip working boots just in case. Also, keep your back straight.

Can this be used to lift smaller pots, say 15 inches in diameter? What is the smallest it can go?

Yes, it will almost certainly fit a pot that is 15 inches in diameter. The pot holder has two straps that must contact the pot, and they are each about 17 inches long, for a total of 34 inches. A pot of 15 inches in diameter has a circumference larger than 17 + 17 = 34. BUT it might also be a bit wobbly. So plan on having three people: Two for the lifting, and the third to hold on to the pot to help keep it stable, and not tip over.

Where do I get the carrying poles?

I haven't had to use poles with mine. I would suggest a lumber or hardware store.

I haven't tried moving boulders, but I think this would work. Any solid object (under the weight limit) that fits in the lifter should be able to be moved.
