Looks nice and well built.
We bought this for our Grandchildren and my daughter was able to assemble the entire unit. The kids love it and it looks great. Hopefully, it lasts as long as the kids need it.

3 year old loves it
I purchased this for my 3 year old for her birthday. who wanted a "house bed". It took me about 4ish hours to assemble alone with one time assistance from someone to hold the roof in place while I screwed it in. Everything was labeled, all holes were drilled properly and everything fit together nicely. Just follow the instructions closely. Also make sure you have the head room, I thought it wasn't going to fit the height of the room but it comes within a couple inches of the ceiling. It is very sturdy, my toddler and older children absolutely love it and I would recommend it for sure.

Super cute bunk, we love it!
Love this house bunk bed and so does my 3 year old! Completely transformed her room. It is SO cute!! Everything was clearly labeled and pieces were all in good condition. Took my husband about 7 hours to put it all together by himself. Feels very sturdy. Top bunk weight is 250lbs. No slats on the bottom bunk. We plan and getting some wooden slats and making our own so the mattress is off the floor a bit. We really love this bed! My daughter is a little rough with opening and closing the doors so not sure how long the doors will last, but otherwise seems good quality!

Cute bed, good value.
The bed looks good and is generally pretty easy to put together. Instructions were clear and parts were well labeled. Power drill/driver saves a lot of time. Putting it together with the included tools would be possible but take hours longer. It is likely not the same as a $2000 Pottery Barn equivalent, but a good value for the price.

Quality is lower than I expected
It kind of works so far, but I can see that the tolerances and the quality overall are noticeably worse than for example any of the Ikea furniture I assembled. During the assembly, two smallest screws for the window hinges broke before I fully screwed them in, even though I was careful not to apply much force at all, the screws are just that bad. I ended up using different screws of the same size I had, which worked much better. Also, the pilot holes for the hinges are in slightly wrong positions, so if you use them, the window does not fully close. I wasted way more time than what would've been acceptable on adjusting that. What a headache. One of the wooden pieces with factory preinstalled threaded inserts was missing one insert, which meant I had two options: try to ask for a replacement part from the manufacturer and wait for who knows how long, or get creative by drilling through the wood, using a different bolt with a nut, and then attaching a sticker to hide the drilled hole. I had to choose the latter. I'll see how long this bed lasts, but given this first impression, I'm not optimistic.

Nice quality
Easy to assemble. I used a milwaukee electric ratchet and bit. Great instructions.

Great!
I set this up myself and it was one of the simpler RTA pieces of furniture I've done. It took me maybe 6 hours. The only part that I screwed up were the hinges for the windows, as the instructions didn't indicate which way to orient the hinge with respect to the holes, and I did them backwards the first time. I used a drill to assemble this, with an allen wrench bit. The nice thing about that is even though there are a LOT of screws, the same allen wrench is used for all of them. Yes, the paint job is not perfect but it looks good enough. If I cared I might touch it up a bit but I honestly don't (and my kid will likely cover it in stickers anyway). We put it in our daughter's play room (she is 7) and are putting 3/4" plywood floor on the top bunk instead of a mattress, so it will function like a playhouse. I also bought a plush rug that we'll be putting in there as well. Super fun!

Great bed
Took forever to put together even with 2 people so be prepared for that but my kids absolutely love it. It is sturdy and will last until they grow out of it. You will definitely need a drill or plan to work all day.
