Always arrives very quickly and packed securely. Very thankful for this company as I cannot find this salt in this size, for this price, anywhere! Love that it's always as fresh as I guess it could be lol And I never have any issues at all! Because of the amazing quality, the benefits will match I'm sure! Wish I had a way to measure it (it's benefits) myself, I'm sure there would be signs! Lol

Excellent taste. Grind is a little large for standard salt shakers, but will continue to use this product.

i just use pinches and it doesnt seem to seperate that much into single grains as regular salt, when i put on food, but it doesnt matter much when i put into a glass of water as recommended to make your cells absorb the water.

This salt has a good taste for salting food on your plate. However it takes some practice salting food while you’re cooking. It is not as salty as say your regular Morton’s table salt.But it enriches the taste of your food in a better way. Also, it has less sodium and is a healthier salt.

This is the best salt. My husband originally started buying it to put in his water. I can't drink the salt water so I just eat a spoonful and then drink the water. But it is the best form of hydration!!!! Better than Gatorade. Stops nighttime drooling if you take it before bed. Great for cooking in general too, obviously.
