Winsor & Newton 14ml Drawing Ink Bottle - Deep Red

Absolutely brilliant ink, lovely flow to the ink and it dries pretty quickly. Definitely one of the best inks I’ve ever used. I purchased the nut brown lovely colour really fits the vintage style look I was going for. Great value for money I’ll definitely be adding more colours it’s brilliant.

First time buying inks. I purchased for watercolour drawing purposes. This is Indian ink so will dry waterproof for line drawings. Very pleased with the consistency and colour. Its been highly recommended to me from other artists. The glass bottle is small and cute, though I am sure will last a while.

Lovely colours

Really nice deep red ink with a rich tone. It flows well and has a smooth, slightly glossy finish that looks great on paper. Perfect for calligraphy or art projects—love the texture and depth it adds!

This ink is very easy to use It flows perfectly. Its gold colout is whst makes it stand out.

Great drawing ink. I've been using this a lot recently, I'm in an ink sketching mood. The little bottle is perfect for me as I usually work in a small space or outside, and don't need anything bulkier. It's a good strong black. I'm using a simple dip pen, and so far it's exactly what I wanted. I can get a variety of marks, and it's lasting well. It dries very black and clear. I haven't used it for writing other than a brief description of each sketch. Happy to recommend.

This is a bright gold ink. which writes smoothly and looks very effective. I love it,, and enjoy writing with it.

Very good ink, dries fast, but not too fast that you can't play around with it. I got it in the shade "Brick Red" and love the colour!👍🏻

J'édite mon commentaire car un peu plus d'un an après, quand je dessine avec, l'encre a perdu sa belle pigmentation vert pomme et a tourné au turquoise :( . J'ai eu beau secouer le flacon, cela ne donne plus de vert pomme. Je trouve ça anormal, j'ai d'autres encres qui ne changent pas de couleur comme ça, même après un an. C'est vraiment dommage, car c'était un beau vert pomme. Je montre le changement de teinte sur la photo où je porte le flacon, on voit que ce n'est plus vert à l'intérieur mais bleu, alors que c'est bien le même flacon, un an après. Les autres photos datent du jour où j'ai reçu la commande, en mai 2024. Commentaire d'origine : J'adore le petit flacon qui fait fin et raffiné, vraiment classe, encore plus beau en vrai. L'encre est un joli vert pomme, je le pensais un peu plus lumineux, je trouve qu'il ne correspond pas trop à la couleur de l'étiquette. Je suis un peu intriguée cependant par la texture de cette encre à dessiner, qui semble un peu lisse, une fois sur le papier et manquer de profondeur. Ce qui est curieux aussi, c'est qu'elle est dépeinte comme une encre aquarelle,mais une fois sèche, je n'arrive pas pour ma part à la réactiver à l'eau. On dirait qu'elle est permanente. Mais le flacon est vraiment joli, et on prends plaisir à l'avoir sur son bureau.

This is my go-to when I am doing pattern design. Dark black ink is really good for artists.

My son uses this Winsor & Newton Ink and it works very well. The color is rich and consistent, and the ink flows smoothly without issues. Le rouge est très joli, mais tire plus vers le rose que le rouge. Très bonne qualité cependant comme toutes les encres Winsor & Newton.
