Why didn't I know about this before?
I stumbled across a facebook recommendation for spearmint tea that explained about the benefits particularly for PCOS sufferers. Had terrible hirsutism for years, risk of type 2 diabetes and joint pain with menopause. The tea was also recommended for reduced joint pain and its anti inflammatory properties. Not widely available in supermarkets I searched here and bought this tea. Not overly fond of spearmint (prefer peppermint as a rule). I was pleasantly surprised at how palatable it was. I have been drinking 2-3 cups a day for the past 6 weeks and can honestly say its worked wonders for me. I wake up feeling so much better than I have for years and my hirsutism is much, much better and less coarse. Less aches and pains and it really does settle your stomach and reduces acid refulx. I recommended it to fellow sufferers in a menopause group, so hope sales of this tea have increased, im definitely a fan. Wish I'd known about this in my 20's, 30's and 40's!

Nice smell

I had already bought this same brand of Spearmint tea from another seller, but this one has a better quality, it tastes stronger. The seller has been AMAZING since I first ordered 4 packs, but I mistakenly received just 1, I contacted him and even during the Easter holidays he made sure to send me 4 packs. I really recommend this seller and this tea brand to anyone. Quick, cheap (compared to other sellers), and 100% reliable. I use spearmint tea for my PCOS problems since it helps balance the testosterone levels in my body and I'm having great results. I recommend this seller and will definitely buy from here again. Lovely tea
Great taste, very mild in comparison to normal mint tea. Bought because or PCOS, but unable to comment whether it actually helps or not as havent had any tests done recently. Also suppose to help with hair but havent seen massive change unfortunately. Buying another pack again as enjoy to drink it regardless.
