Ok, I would like to say that this product of creatine is awesome and amazing. I know this because I had recently bought a different creatine other than the Valara creatine, because it was a little cheaper and when I started on this other creatine I bought after about a week and 1/2, I noticed my strength declining. I thought to myself after about 2 weeks of taking the other creatine, what in the world was going on with my strength and what have I done differently? Well I came to the conclusion that well the only thing I've done different is I switched creatine brands. So I rebought the Valara creatine that I've been taking for about a year or 2. When it came in I stopped taking the other and started back on the Valara creatine. I'm telling you within about 5 days I started to notice a difference in my strength already. I've been back on the Valara creatine for I think about two weeks and I've already gotten my strength back. The Valara creatine is the best and I'll NEVER EVER switch creatine again. This product is the best creatine so far that I've ever found.... Sometimes it's not good to buy real cheap. You get what you pay for. I'm super glad the Valara brand of creatine keeps their product at a decent price. I live on a strict budget... So I'm just saying that this product is amazing and I truly give it 5 stars, well really I'll give it 10 stars if I could...

I bought the creatine because it was reported to provide help with memory and cognition. Then I also looked at videos which say it's mainly used for muscles. So I started lifting dumbbell free weights, and after a few months have noticed that my muscles are getting bigger and stronger. I'm in my mid 60s, so I really like being able to grow muscle. I previously lost muscle when I first started a vegan diet, and before I learned how to adjust that vegan diet to maintain muscle and overall weight. I like that creatine is a molecule that naturally occurs in everyone's body, and so it's a healthy supplement.

Its unflavored and easy to mix into my protein shake without ruining the taste or flavor of the shake. There's a cute little 5 g scoop which comes with. Overall easy to use and very healthy! No adverse effects so far and i've been using it for a few weeks now.
