Great shower chair. Attaches to the wall with a leg support to hold a person up to 300 pounds. After installing this chair in my bathroom, my builder used this chair in several more bathrooms.

I tried using the seats that are sold with no legs and have found them to be flimsy and unsafe. After trying a couple, I settled on this one. I’ve installed 5 or 6 in bath remodels that we’ve done and have had no issues at all. The seat is sturdy and easy to install. I always make sure to use mortar under the fiberglass pans so the legs cannot poke through. I have always set the pans in mortar anyway but I make sure the grids on the bottom where the legs will sit are packed full. This makes for a nice solid floor and no way the legs will poke the pan. Seat folds up nicely and stays in place when not in use. Just make sure you place the wall brackets in the rounded out grooves on the rear bottom of the seat and it will work smoothly. I’m sure I’ll be back to buy more of these.

Used for my mother who has bad balance. Seat looks nice and what I was looking for. Main drawback is this is mostly for walk in showers, so I want to bath the legs are a too long, but as I said, this was installed ina tub. I wanted the legs since I didn't know where the studs were. It is squeaky but a bit of wd40 should take care of that.

This works well. It was a little hard getting the bottom screws in. If you are installing a shower, be sure there is a board added and braced well in proper location, so it is a sturdy mount. Aaac Service heating and air recommend this bench.

1. the instructions do not mention this: although some reviews state that the attachment brackets can be slid on the bar and attached to a wall "wherever" (like for hitting a wall stud), if you do not line up the brackets with the cut-out grooves on the backside of the wood seat (see photo) the seat will not be able to be folded up out of the way. bad design - brackets should be fixed in place if they can not be moved. i made this mistake and corrected it by rip saw angle cut-out (see picture). it works fine now. 2. some reviewers said that it isn't until you get the instructions that come with the product, the last item on the installation sheet states that you have to have a stone or concrete wall only for this and the buyers have sent the item back. the supplier of this item has liability reasons for this i am sure, but it is never mentioned in the product description before you order. i rigged up a plywood plate which rests on the back rim of the tub to help support my weight and then tacked the plate into the plastic tub enclosure. little extra work for me but highly functional now. much better than a 4-legged bulky shower chair.

The legs aren't far enough forward so they come down on the part.of my tub that is sloped. We ordered this while in the middle of a renovation and by the time we got to it to find out it didn't work we were out of the return window. Super pissed.to have paid so much and now have a completely unused chair that we can't use 😡

This seat was perfect for our bathroom remodel! It was easy to install, looks great against the white/grey tile and strong enough to sit comfortably. Highly recommend.

This product is excellent. It is well-made and very sturdy. I have now bought a couple of these for different clients of mine that have difficulty standing in the shower. It works perfectly and folds out-of-the-way so it does not interfere with other family members.

I install the shower seat on March 14, 2025 and it’s already broken and it cannot be used. The screws comes out on the first seat bar. Very cheap product. Should not be sold. Rip off.
