This is a good size for handling large pizzas. It’s made to fit the Witt pizza oven we have and it’s really solid and durable.

Good quality, easy to use and store.

Sturdy, sharp, easy to clean and so much easier to use than a wheel cutter. Simply push down and rock once - job done - with straight lines too if getting your segments perfect is important! :-)

Incredibly blunt. Not really sure you can even call it a blade. I expected it to be like a knife edge but it is more like the other side of a knife, about 2mm thick at the thinnest point.

Ich nutze das Infrarot-Thermometer um die Wärme des Pizzasteins zu messen. Das Gerät ist meiner Meinung nach qualitativ für die 52,00€ absolut top. Über die Genauigkeit kann ich nichts sagen da ich dbz kein Profi bin und hier auf die Qualität von Witt vertrauen muss. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und freue mich auf weitere Messungen mit diesem Gerät. Ich kann auch den Shop sehr empfehlen. Super verpackt, schnelle Lieferung. 5* für Shop und Produkt..

Wie erhofft, aber zu teuer

If you have an ooni, or other pizza oven, this peel is a great alternative to the more expensive, name-brand peel. It is the perfect length to reach into the oven and flip around your pizza.
