The directions tell you take one pill three times a day. I take one four times a day because my metabolism is off. And my body requires slightly more of a substance to get the same effect as the next person. I highly recommend it. And won't live without it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is my first time ever writing a review on Amazon. I was dealing with a continuing BPH issue, I'm 73 years young. After 2 weeks of using this product I noticed I was no longer feeling pain in my Prostate area. Honestly I am astounded, my pain is gone. I'm sleeping much better at night and getting up only one time to use the bathroom. I will continue to use this product and order more before this container runs out. Now that I was ready to finally begin using them, I opened one bottle for the first time and they stink so badly that I cannot even take them!!!
