exactly what it says on the tin! (diastasis recti but also prolapse)
Still in the middle of reading this, but I've read and heard Katy a lot already (from Blogs and podcasts) so I was already positively biased when I bought this e-book <3 I suffer both from Diastastis Recti and Uterine Prolapse (and Scoliosis!) so a whole-body solution is the only thing that can work for me in the long term. I was very happy to see that Katy addresses prolapse too.

This book is an excellent follow-on from Move Your DNA with many specific exercises for the core area even if you don't have Diastasis Recti problems.

Now i know
Because of this book I now notice what I do daily to contribute to a separating of my an muscles. She explains that there is a natural gap between the muscles but we (men and women) increase the gap sometimes because of how we move (or not) our bodies. I recommend this as a must read for men and women.

This book breaks movement down in little pieces and explains the connections between legs, arms and pelvic floor really well. It is such a great read if you are pregnant or recovering. But also if you want to get your physical strength to a better, more aligned state or have issues with your pelvic floor.

I found out about this book after googling Diastasis Recti. I have a couple of her books already, so the minute I found out about this one, I ordered it. I have been dealing with DR for 13 years. Until now, I thought the only option was surgery, which I am not willing to do. This book is easy to read and she explains things very well. Her personality and humor come out in her books, and with this one, I feel like I got to know her a little better because of the personal details she goes into regarding her DR. She goes into the mechanics of why DR happens (and not just to women-but men as well!) and how to correct it. It is a whole-body issue and she walks the reader through the necessary steps to fix what needs to be fixed from a whole-body perspective. The book is set up well, with facts and mechanics in the beginning-building the foundation for the physical stuff toward the end. I like how the back section has all of the suggested exercises and photos that she suggested earlier in the book, but are now all in one place so I don’t have to flip through it to find them. This was a personal purchase. I was in no way asked or required to leave a review.

I am a postpartum fitness coach (always looking to further my education), and I have already begun practicing the exercises. You can feel your core like never before! I love how she explains things and her jokes! Very easy to read and gets you questioning and thinking about the core and the whole body differently. Will be purchasing her other books. I aim to be almost as knowledgeable as Katy one day! ❤️

Well, If you read and understand english go ! Vous reconsidérerai votre diastasis d'une autre façon. Des exercices sont présentés à la fin du livre et comme vous aller lire le livre vous pourrait vous même imaginer vos exercices. Donc il est possible de naturellement refermer ses grand droits. C est long, mais ca marche. Mieux que les abdominaux hypopressifs
