These envelope moisteners are great! I used them for my wedding invites, and I didn’t even use one (I probably sent over 200 envelopes). They are definitely worth the money. I have no issues with the adhesive, but if I did push too hard the adhesive would push beyond the closure of the envelope. If you don’t clean up the glue, it will get a bit messy, but that’s only if you aren’t paying attention. Would definitely recommend, and will be using again in the future.

I bought these for my office. I mail out hundreds of cards a year. These have helped tremendously. Super easy to use and they last a long time.

It works well.

Very poor quality. Not easy to use because after several attempts the entire cap fell off and the glue ruined my envelope.

The one I opened and used worked great at first, even though there was a slight learning curve regarding the proper pressure to use. The moistener/glue is the right amount of sticky, but if you're uncoordinated or not being very careful, it's really easy to get too much on the envelope's adhesive strip, and then it squishes out and gets all over where you don't need it. Now, I don't send a lot of mail, and when I do, it's only once a month. The last time I tried to use it, nothing came out, so I took the mesh/fabric tip off and ran warm water over it for a while. I dried it off, and put it back on, and still nothing came out. If you're not going to be using these moistener sticks frequently, don't bother with them. Edit: I ended up taking the tip apart completely after soaking it in hot water for 20-30 minutes and found the softened dried on glue could be scraped and peeled off of the small circle of fabric. Once I got all the glue off and carefully reassembled the tip, it worked again. I suspect the tip (separately) needs thorough rinsing under hot water directly after each use to maintain functionality.

Good product

These do not work at all. It says to soak in water if the sponge has hardened, but I have to soak each time I use them which defeats the purpose of having an envelope moistener. I would not reccomend these. It's possible we just got very old ones, but they do not work.
