works ok.. but
it does pull key caps easily.My main reason that I got this is to replace my cherry keys with Blue Keys, ... but finally I realized my Cherry Mx 3.0s does not allow the key switches to be pulled (after contacting Cherry support) - bummer!

Flexible and works effortlessly to pull key caps. Build quality seems fine. The dual tools appear to be securely anchored in the plastic handle. I anticipate that this will last for some time.

Does the Job.
Does the job, especially for removing keycaps. However, while the switch puller does work, the metal part does look like "pot metal". But it does the job. But I definitely don't expect the switch puller to last long.
