For years, I used the Kaf Grooming Gel, which for me was and is still the best product. Unfortunately, the product is no longer available. After trying several options, the Volt is my new favorite. Unlike the Just for Men and Blackbeard product, which looks and feels like repackaged mascara and the Level 3, which is very messy to use, the Volt looks and feels more natural and stays on even after a shower or workout. Easy to use and no mess. Dries quickly so be careful because there is not a lot of time for blending if you are going for the salt-and-pepper look.

Product works as advertised, good color, and it is better than the just for men version, however they use a strong perfume fragrance that smells like cheap body spray, so if that doesn’t bother you then buy it.

I used to use a product that was "just for me". I find the Volt product a lot more convenient. No waiting to see the real color you're going to get and a much better and more realistic choice of colors. I little pricey, but for me it lasts longer because I'll only use it for semi-special occasions like a night on the town or days when I have business meetings. Easy to apply to boot!

While this product does cover your grey the color is very flat and and artificial looking. It appears you painted your face like a clown. It does rub off on everything and they claim it does not very disappointing.

I have used this for about a week now and while it goes on easy and colors the beard well and blends very well, it only lasts about 4-5 hours before it very noticeably fades. No sweating, no water on my face, no excessive rubbing my beard, just sitting at a desk. It was very surprising to look in the mirror just a few hours later to see it almost fully faded away. I know I applied it properly, shook it very well and followed instructions. I have tried applying it then waiting 20 minutes and applying again to see if that would increase the duration of color but it does not. It's a shame because it does color the beard well and goes on so easily. I think it would be weird to, for example, go on a date, picking her up with a nice, full, 10% gray beard and then by midnight your beard is magically 50% gray. Maybe those with thinner or straighter beard hair will have better luck. The color I used was Ash gray/brown

I had promised myself I would never dye my beard because I always thought the guys who went from gray to black overnight looked a little pathetic and trying too hard…well, when my beard started to get more and more Santa-ish I started entertaining the idea of dying it. I have tried Volt a couple times already and it can’t get any easier! It’s like applying mascara to your beard. And you can control how much gray you want to show so it looks more natural. The dye lasts for a few hours, making it appropriate for those times when you just want to look slightly younger for a photo op or an important event. You can notice it starts to fade about 5-6 hours after applying it. It washes away easily when you shower (but you can reapply easily the next day if you want to). I love it.

I see many complaints here like, after one shower is gone, smell bad, leaves a grumpy residual, stain my skin, well all these comments are NOT TRUE. You can see my TWO photos after and before with one application, look amazing, natural, any weird smell, not any grumpy residual and the best give me a hard time to remove, after two or three showers then is gone completely, and in regard the comments stain my skin, please Sir, you can take a small cloth with water and clean really easy. Any way I buying today my second order and I personal recommend this product a 100% and my wife give the approval.

I decided to try this as an alternative to dyes and powders. It does give good color and coverage. It stays on well, almost too well as it requires some scrubbing to remove it at the end of the day. The two things that I don't particularly like are the somewhat strong smell when first applied, and the fact that it makes my beard feel a bit crusty once it dries. However, after using this for a few weeks, I'm pretty happy with the product.

You have to put it on every day.

Brought to touch up gray in tash, and does so a treat really naturally. Stays in well. Id buy again

Produit qui fait tres bien le job pour couvrir les poils blanc ou gris comme vous voulez ! Par contre à renouveler tous les jours. En effet contrairement a ce qui est indiqué ne tient pas contre l’eau, transpira etc…un simple frottement avec votre écharpe et vous êtes bon pour recommencer l’opération camouflage! Je ne comprends pas les variations de prix aussi, + 6 euros en 2 semaines c’est abusé, mon salaire n’a pas fait +20% en 2 semaines! Toutefois je le répète, fait très bien le job !

Easy to use and easy to control the darkness of colour. Found it excellent for my thining eyebrows. I use it every 2 months or so. I wish some sort of small 'spooley' brush for application was included. The (cuticle pushers ?) supposedly supplied for this purpose are totally inadequate. The only negative for an otherwise good product.
