Only two weeks of usage. Over 40 male. Seems like a genuine product. Bcomplex smell. Urine is yellow. No side effects. I have a very sensitive stomach (weak) Point to note afte taking it urine will be yellow first few times then clear up. Any good effects on skin or hair? Not that I have noticed yet, may take longer for the advantages to manifest. Disclaimer I ain't any doctor.

Please read this before you buy..
I brought these meds, After having few of them, my left leg lost its sensitivity. When I touched my left leg i had very less sensatiom compared to my right leg. I realised this while shaving my leg. I stopped having this and checked with doc. The sensation returned but not 100%. I never experienced this before. Something in the pills caused this reaction. I have suppliments before but it dnt react this way. KINDLY NOTE: This is not a negative feedback.

Doesnt work
I have consumed two bottles of these. I used to have these daily. I just had my blood work done and guess what; I am deficient in B12. In fact, my b12 levels went down hundred points. It doesn't supplement enough B12. Company is lying about the RDA compositions as nutritional info. Trust me, it doesn't work. Now i have to research n find an effective supplement.

The intake amount is sus
The intake amount per vit is a bit higher than what's ideal, esp B6. So kindly cross check with a medical professional before consuming.
