I got this machine and was like I hope it good and if not I’ll just return it.. and let me say it pumps out expresso. I love it. My cousin who is a coffee critic came over and tried it and he was surprised how good it tasted he said it tasted expensive. This was the best money I’ve spent other prices are outrageous. I love how small it is and how the pods drop down. I’m telling everyone about it.. I feel like a barista I’m making everyone lattes and everyone says it’s the best they have had.. so my coffee game is on point and on a budget.. get you one before they raise the price because they could sell it for more.. espresso for everyone.. you get an expresso.. you get an expresso.. I’m like Oprah to my guest that come over.

Stopped working properly after 5 months. Sometimes it makes tons of noise and no water comes out. Sometimes it makes tons of noise and too much weak coffee comes out, overflowing the cup. I will not be buying another. Prior to it malfunctioning, you have to start it up by pressing a button, then wait for it to warm up, and then press a button to start it brewing. I previously had an official nespresso machine, which would warm up and brew your cup of coffee with one press of a button (it remembered what you selected prior to warming up). This is a slight inconvenience but annoying to deal with every morning. I will be returning to the other model now that this machine no longer works.

Bought this For this for my college daughter in her apartment. She uses it every day, multiple times/day. She loves it and I love that it was less than half the price of the Nespresso machine. Fabulous find!

I recently got a Nespresso Vertuo machine and wanted to also be able to explore pods from the original line they offer. I didn’t really want to spent another $200 on a machine right now, so I decided to check out other brand options. I found this little machine by Beanglass for less than half what I’d pay for a Nespresso Essenza mini after the online coupon was applied. It’s a beautiful machine that matches my other machine and coffee bar perfectly. It heats up quickly and the option to brew espresso or lungo is very nice. I do get a hot and rich flavorful brew but not always a super thick crema. This could be due to the pods I use since some are flavored pods. The water tank at first seems small but honestly since I only brew a lungo or double shot at a time I don’t find it too small at all. It’s honestly not that loud either, no louder really than my Nespresso Vertuo Plus. Now the two reasons I took away one star. One the biggest peeve I have is that occasionally I find that the pod does not load right and instead you end up crushing the pod without puncturing it thus wasting the pod. These pods aren’t exactly cheap, at least if you purchase Nespresso brand. Second peeve I have is the design of the drip tray. You can easily fit an espresso mug but lungo sometimes has issues fitting. This would have been a simple fix if the drip tray was easily removable. Since by design the two pieces fit together you can’t remove the tray without having to also pull out the pod bin. You can slide the pod bin back in without the drip try but it doesn’t fit quite right without the tray. I have one set of lungo size mugs that fit perfectly. It’s a minor peeve but a slight annoyance nonetheless. Overall I enjoy the machine a lot, it serves its purpose and think it’s value is worth the price. Even with the peeves I have with it, I’d still repurchase over more pricier options. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you purchase.

This handsome little machine clearly gets power and tries to function, but it is woefully deficient in doing so. I followed the instructions in the manual to the letter, and even went through the steps to restore factory settings, but no coffee for me. The machine hums a bit, tries to dispense water and fails (it doesn't successfully draw from the tank), and gives a little puff of air into the water tank. It just doesn't work. This all is really too bad because it's a nice looking machine in just the right size to fit anywhere. Unfortunately it would receive zero stars, if that were an option, due to the frustration and dashing of hopes it has caused. As insult to injury, the website descriptions cites a warranty and tech support, but no information on any of that is included with the machine.
