This electric water kettle by Smeg is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. My kitchen is pretty contemporary but this retro design fits right in I love the auto shut off and this dusty jade color fits right in with the glass tiles. Just look how lovely it looks sitting née m t to my Keurig and French press.so whether it’s tea, coffee or a noodle soup this heats up quickly , had a large 7 cup capacity and is a breeze to clean. You will not be disappointed with this sturdy electric kettle.

If you’re SMEG fans then no need to think - get this electric kettle if you’re in the need for one. The price is high but you get what you pay for. The noise is not as loud as other kettles. It is very fast to boil water. It doesn’t take much of counter space and the look is so adorable for any kitchen. I’m happy i got this kettle. It came super well packed!

Rear color, beautiful piece

Got this January 12 2025, it is currently July 20 2025. The plastic part of the lid has broken and it won’t open with the push button mechanism anymore. For how expensive these are I’d expect a little more longevity.Prior to breaking I’d say what you are paying for is a cute tea kettle with the name smeg, nothing special.

The kettle looks beautiful and it works fine. But the kettle is actually a plastic handle with plastic parts. It looks very sturdy in the photos but is not so sturdy when you lift it and use it. However I got over the initial surprise that it was somewhat of a cheap plastic product and really do like the way it looks and it does heat the water nicely and works very well. I think for the price of the kettle, I sorta expected it to be more solid.I do like it enough to have bought a second kettle to use at my vacation home. So I did by it twice and I do love the look of the design. Just know it’s not a sturdy kettle so if you have guest or kids who are not courteous to not break the plastic parts, you will have an expensive kettle with broken plastic parts.

I have been using the SMEG every single day since I bought it and I’m impress with the quality and easy way to used it , it is so practical and safe to use. I thinks the best thing about using it is that every time it heats up automatically turns off. If you can just buy it , you won’t regret it!

I'm in love!!! Beautiful aesthetic and elegant to use. Brightened and elevated my morning coffee/tea area. I appreciate the simplicity of one button to press on groggy mornings. Cons: no temperature control or warming feature. I will update my review if there are any usage issues.

This SMEG percolator looks amazing—classic SMEG style, sleek and snazzy. But the gray wire totally throws it off. It looks so commercial and out of place. Why not a white cord to match the vibe? Still giving it 4 stars because the design is otherwise on point.
