I had my gallbladder removed around 7 years ago. Since I've had to watch I don't eat anything too fatty or else it's a quick run to the loo! Around 3 months ago I started experiencing a great deal of pain & some bloating immediately after eating practically any food (not just fatty things) followed by hot and cold sweats and a feeling like I was going to faint and then having to run to the loo immediately after eating. I had various blood checks as was convinced I had some kind of cancer I felt so unwell but all came back OK so I decided to try these in case it was related to my lack of gallbladder. I've been taking them now a couple of weeks along side my lunchtime meal when at work and it's no exaggeration to say they have literally changed my life! I no longer have all the excruciating pain, bloating, sweats, faint feelings and I dont have to embarrassingly run to the loo every time I eat. I started with just 1 tablet a couple of mins before eating. First couple of days I felt "a little full" but fine otherwise and didn't go to the loo first day or so, after 3rd day that full feeling went and I was going to the loo again at least daily but not experiencing the awful diahorrea I was before starting the tablets. My only negative experience I had was one day when to be fair I had eaten a large roast dinner quite quickly so possibly it was expecting too much for one single tablet to cope with the amount of fat within the meal, so now if I'm eating something particularly fatty ill just up it to 2 tablets and it seems fine. It's allowed me to eat out with friends again without needing to leave in pain immediately after eating as I was before. I haven't needed more than 2 a day so far so for me I find these tablets really good value maybe if I needed 6 a day less so. They do taste a little funky but it's a small price to pay for the freedom these tablets now give me and I feel so much more in control of my life again. Can't recommend them enough!

The capsules of Gallmet are easy to swallow and it seems good quality for the quick results in supporting my digestion and bowels opening. It's made in UK and arrived next day. Very happy with this product. I recommend it.

Unfortunately hasn’t worked for me - I had my gallbladder removed about 12 years ago and have suffered from bloating and indigestion ever since. After lots of research I came across lots of articles about ox bile so bought these supplements, so I eased myself in by taking 1 tablet with my largest meal of the day but it seems to be making my stomach even more sensitive than before. So sadly have stopped taking and back to the drawing board.

Seemed to do something but not enough for my digestive issues. Don’t think it’s what I need. Worth a try if you’ve been recommended to try.

I’m waiting for gallbladder surgery and have found these amazing. 1or 2 before a meal and I’ve survived every Christmas meal and luxury snack over the festive season. Including a weekend a in London with fast food, rich meals and cooked breakfast. Highly recommend.

After having my gallbladder removed 6 months ago, I have been very uncomfortable and bloated. I have only been taking this product for a couple of days and the bloating has reduced and I feel more comfortable. I am hoping that this product will continue to promote good bowel health and general well being.

Tried both GALLMET-M and N , for me the 125mg/ capsule (N) works better .Even if I forgot to take them before eating and I do so while I'm eating it helps tremendously with the digestion , no more pain and nausea , I can eat heavy foods now : fried, mayonnaise, onion , garlic ... my fav .:) Works for me, so I highly recommend this product .
