Skipping caused by manufacturer laziness
Do NOT buy this product in its current state. We’ve bought and returned 3 before realizing the skipping issues that plagued our models were NOT caused by records or improper use. The needle arm is WAY TOO LIGHT for the record player, and as such, the arm cannot keep the needle in the right groove, and will skip and start scratching records immediately. As we said, we tried three different ones before giving up and getting an Audio Technica for only $50 more.

I ordered a new one was sent a used one
The product is used and I ordered and was charged for a brand-new one. There was also an old shipping label on it showing another customer's address and it was shipped without a box or any protection. Even with it being used that is unacceptable.

Not good quality
This record player is not good. It’s too late to return unfortunately. It sounds terrible. I don’t recommend even to beginner record owners.
