Great GU10 bulbs from Tapo. Very easy to set up with the Tapo App which I already had set up because of other Tapo products owned (Cameras and Switches). It took about 2 minutes a bulb to set up and update. Lovely warm white light rather than a cold white light.I have them fitted to a track with 4 bulbs and I have been able to link them up with Alexa so I can either switch on as a group for all 4 to come on at the same time or control each bulb individually.I purchased the 4 pack to check them out and now I have placed an order for the 8 pack which I had to do through Tapo website rather than Amazon because I couldn't see the 8 pack on Amazon. Soon all of my kitchen lights will be smart!I think these are so much easier to set up than Philips Hue system which I also have and they are so much cheaper than Hue so what's not to like!

The Tapo GU10 colour smart bulbs are absolutely brilliant! They’re easy to install, work perfectly with the Tapo app, and offer a stunning range of colours to suit any mood. A real positive I find with Tapo products is how easy they are to setup. I have a few different brands of smart bulbs, but Tapo are hands down the easiest to set up and use.Disregarding the "Smart" aspect for a minute. The actual bulbs are extremely flexible, a wide range of colours and dimming capabilities. I've only started using the Tapo Wi-Fi GU10 LED Bulbs so I can't comment on longevity yet, but my other Tapo bulbs are lasting well as you would expect.Now onto the smart aspects of the bulb...As I mentioned, setup using the Tapo app is very easy and stress free. I've linked them to Alexa and again this process was very easy with no issues.The only problem I have is very often (more 50% I'd guess) when I tell Alexa to turn on these bulbs, there is a significant lag until the bulb turns on. The lag can be anything from a few seconds to ~1 minute. 1st world problems but 1 minute in the dark waiting to see if the bulb will turn on is not that convenient. I have 3 Ultrabrite bulbs (a fraction of the cost of the Tapo ones) in the sitting room and I don't see any delay with those.It's hard to pin this just on the Tapo Bulb because the router that I have could be contributing to the lag (although other bulbs seem to work fine).Anyway, overall these are good bulbs but I have to admit the "Lagyness" is annoying me.

Lovely lights. Bought for my up and down lighters besides the front door. Being smart means you've instantly got a much more controllable set up. Much cheaper than buying a smart outside light assembly. Nice and bright, can change colours, programme it to a schedule etc, really smart

These bulbs almost complete my transfer of all my home lighting to the Tapo system. Noting that Tapo do not sell E14's (small screw bulbs) here in the UK (Yet) soon as they do I will change those as well.The bulbs are easy to set up / group together if you have a several bulbs on one light, they work very very very well with Alexa.I have some bulbs set to come on and off at sunset / sunrise with the Tapo app, it automatically refreshes this time for you, so it's set once and like magic they will follow the sun time!These bulbs seem to be a sound investment, there are cheaper alternatives, but with these they have the ability to update new software and features, so you can keep them current with new features when they are released.The build quality is also very good. As for dimming, you can set this on the app, I find that at 80% the light is practically the same as 100%, but this makes them more efficient. If you need brighter (or dimmer) from this preset, you can just ask Alexa and she works her magic.Build quality gives me confidence in the lifespan, the brand gives me confidence that they have rigorously tested them, and some serious effort has been put in to that Alexa integration / compatibility.Conclusion, cheaper bulbs exist, but your paying for reliable software that makes them easy to use, easy to set up, easy to group and easy to operate. For these reason I recommend Tapo bulbs and would love to complete my lighting with the E14's and anticipate their arrival in the UK soon, hopefully!
