Q: Do the adhesive cause a problem to surface if you need to remove in the future?

I bought these to replace another two that fell off the tiles along with the basket, but I thought I would re stick them back and they are still hanging on months later. I will keep the new suction pads as spares. I didn't notice any problems to the surface at all. I did clean the tiles before replacing them. Hope that helps.

Q: Are you able to lift the hook part to a 90 degree angle? If so, will it hold a wet loofah in that 90 degree position?

Can't see how you could put them at 90 degree angle as when you tighten the screw they are set. Think any weight would move them down.

Q: What diameter are the wires ?

To be honest I have only used the sucker pads which I have put a wire basket upon. I would say they are roughly the same width as the sucker pads. Sorry I can't be more exact.

Q: Will these stick to wood laminate

I guess it will depend on the texture of the laminate. I just looked at mine which is stuck on the glass shower screen and from the back of the glass the bit that seals the hook on is about an 8 mm wide ring about 55 mm in diameter. I guess that it would work well on a smooth laminate provided it has a sealed flat surface but if its rough or bare wood then probably not. Sorry but unable to post a pic with this facility. Dave
