It was reasonably easy to apply. Be prepared for an almost burning hot feeling. This product may be perfect for muscular aches but it doesn’t help nerve pain. Heat patches from the £1 shop will give the same effect!

These patches have been hard to locate recently and it's the only product that helps my mum with her back pain! Brilliant product, highly recommend! Only negative is they are double the price we used to buy them at in Boots 😔
