It is good quality and works really well. Decent for portability, and it's a good option to get instead of the more expensive brands.

Good battery life, multiple pressure settings, multiple tips, large water tank.

I really love this cordless water dental flosser! It works great and is easy to use and to change the different heads. My dentist was amazed at how the health of my gums has improved so much. I used to go to the dentist three times a year but since using this regularly now for over a year, the difference it has made for the health of my teeth and gums has been remarkable. My dental appointments have decreased and my gingivitis has disappeared! Yes, I am a very happy customer and my husband is now using it too!

This flosser is a good value and it takes up a small amount of space on the counter.

I purchased two of these flossers and both no longer charge. One lasted 5 months, the other about 3 months. I contacted [email protected] (the seller) and was told by “Skye” to try a different charger and cord. Did so. Didn’t solve the problem although the chargers I have work with my cell phones and iPads. I responded to “Skye” informing this person that the proposed resolution didn’t work. I have not received a response. I sent another email requesting either a refund or replacements. No response to date. These flossers are supposed to have a 3 year warranty. I registered the warranty for my purchase with the company via Amazon. I contacted Amazon and was told to call the company; however, Amazon says they have no contact number and the company is located in China. Amazon customer service also said there is no one at Amazon who works to resolve these kind problems. I really don’t believe that but the customer service rep was adamant in not providing a point of contact. So, bottom line is if one of Amazon’s sellers from a foreign country lies about warranty support you are screwed and Amazon will not help. No replacement product, no refund. I’m not done pursuing a resolution. Will update as necessary.

I have been through two portable Water Pik units. We have a small bathroom and do not have room for the normal sized home based unit, so the travel ones were a better option. However, the Water Pik brand ones are expensive and did not last more than a year or so. One got weaker and weaker and needed charging every day. On the other one, the hose in the water tank deteriorated.This unit by AAU has a larger water tank than the Water Pik, and five different settings vs their three. And it's half the price. Although I don't intend to travel with this, I like it for our bathroom and I hope it lasts longer than a year.
