Q: Does this phone work with Teams software .

Yes it just takes over the speaker and microphone function of the PC so will work with Teams, Zoom and any unified communications software.

Q: when i make a call i cant hear anything, the phone is dead, i have plugged it into usb port made a call on skype, no sound, just bought it

Did the PC appear to recognise the phone when you plugged it into the USB port as this sounds like it might be a faulty phone. Try plugging it into another USB port if you have one and see if the PC loads any drivers if it doesnt its probably dead.

Q: Hi, will this device work with the Horizon soft-phone?

Good chance it will..although I haven’t tested it. It’s like any other usb audio device which you should be able to choose from horizon audio settings.. once plugged in.

Q: Does this work with Cisco Jabber?

Yes, it works marvellously with Cisco Jabber!
