Great Flavor
This item arrived pretty quickly and was very securely packaged. I loved that they surrounded the bottle to make sure it didn’t break during shipping. I used it in my hot and sour soup and it added a nice flavor to the soup. The price wasn’t too bad either. I look forward to using it again and again.I would recommend this vinegar for anyone looking for a good Chinese vinegar for their recipes.

Not for me
Very strongly flavored, not what I was expecting. I found it unpleasant and likely will never use it. I have a collection of over 15 types of vinegars I love and thought to add this one but it's a regret as I can't stand the intense and robust flavor. It's unfortunate it cannot be returned since it will go to waste unsure how long it will last after opening. Maybe I can pass it on.
