Perfect for people with short inside leg . Who want to ride a bigger bike
Got these to put in my motorcycle boots as I'm a little short in stature and my bike has a tall seat height. Managed to fit 2 of the 3 pieces in the boot and my inside leg measurements went from 29 to 30 .5 inch an I'm able to walk in these and will almost have my feet flat to the floor I'm also sure if I went a half size bigger in the boot all 3 pieces will fit in so I'm really satisfied And it's a complete win for me.

Makes your heel to high for the trainer.
One thing that isn’t mentioned is that your heel will no longer sit properly into your trainer. The higher up you go the more your foot isn’t going to be in your trainer making this very awkward to walk and uncomfortable. It might work ok in a boot but defiantly doesn’t work in a trainer.

Die Einlage passt geradeso in den Schuh ( Glück ). Wenn man dann in den Schuh reinschlüpft passt er kaum noch da ja eine Riesen Einlage drunter liegt. Die Einlage ( 4 cm ) quetscht sich auf 1 cm runter wenn man Draufsteht. Der Effekt ( größer wirken) is daher minimal. Außerdem sind die Einlagen so extrem unbequem, ich denke länger als 10 Minuten kann man damit garnicht laufen. Es fühlt sich zudem auch noch super komisch an und sieht komisch aus. KEINE KAUFEMPHELUNG. FUNKTIONIERT ÜBERHAUPT NICHT.
