My doctor recommended I try this out since i've been having some trouble sleeping and some generalized anxiety. I wasn't sure it would really help but I have had a much easier time going to sleep at night, and the other day when I felt more jittery than normal - I took a couple and was able to feel calmer quickly. They don't have much of a taste, and it's pretty straight forward for usage. Overall I'm pretty happy with this and would recommend it if you're having trouble sleeping or just intermittent anxiety symptoms.

I am so glad I found this! I am an almost "all natural" person when it comes to meds and stuff and have been struggling with sleep. Nothing has helped so I tried this. It helps so much, so yes, buy it amd try it yourself!

Worked great, no hangover

Not as effective as I was expecting, but still worth a try if you are looking to get away from regular dosing of melatonin >5mg/night.
