Do you have to remove the plants from the greenhouse? The Amazon information says no you don't, but an answer to another question says yes you do.

I didn’t remove my plants as has a thrips infestation on my plants. It seems pointless to treat an empty greenhouse when the pests are on the actual plants! I had no Ill effects whatsoever on any of my plants after using.

how long should it burn for ?

Place it on a slab or brick and make sure your vents or windows on your green house are closed and light it, leave the green house and close the doors behind you, it is best to do it over night so you are only killing the target pest and it will just burn out so you won't need to return until the morning or try and put it out.Hope this helps.
