what's the size of the 30 balloons?

I couldn’t tell you. One burst when it was being filled ( not full) the other had deflated when we arrived. The whole package was total rubbish- look elsewhere

Do you need helium for all the balloons ?

Yes all balloons require helium, they look much better filled with helium than normal air.

Im planning to buy this but how do I get them to float , like does it include smth or do I need to buy a helium tank ? Thx

You need to buy helium to get them to float. It doesnt say that in the product description.

Do you need an inflator or can you just blow up like normal?

No they need to be filled with helium. I took mine to a card factory shop who filled them at a cost ...you get a lot in the pack and is well worth the price .
