Sit nice and square on to the pedals. Find the right height to sit at. Have tension screw adjusted to suit you best. Get peddling. Try to push with both sides evenly with your legs. Have a comfortable stable place to hold onto with your hands keeping you steady. Very good machine I can recommend this. I have MS and recovering from a hip surgery.

If you have the room and inclination this is perfect! Mind you I’m late 60’s and have great exercise needs so find this perfect in my situation. Not a bad price and easy to set up and use.

A good little piece of equipment. Only recently received so can’t comment on durability. Easy to put up and take down.

No good if you have wider size feet as they won't fit in the pedals/stirrups. Complete waste of money due to bad design, the mistaken belief that everyone has narrow feet like the designer.
