My son had been using another breather to help remove excess mucous from his lungs. When it broke, I didn't have enough money to replace it with the same kind. I found this & bought it; hoping it would work enough until I could afford the other one. It works so good, I won't be needing to order the expensive one. This device really helps to loosen the mucous making it easier to expel from the lungs. You can't go wrong with this investment.

The exerciser was easy to assemble, easy to use, and is easy to disassemble for cleaning. I bought it to help alleviate chest congestion, and it definitely helps break up the mucus. I don’t use it often, but it serves its purpose when I need it.

I give this product 4 stars because it is a good product. I gave 5 stars for travel as it easily fits in my mid size purse or a tote bag (I keep it in a ziploc bag after being cleaned to keep it sanitary). I gave 5 stars for easy clean; I believe it said in the instructions it was dishwasher safe. I do not have a dishwasher but I put the parts it in a bowl of soapy water to soak and the rinse well and it does just fine.I think this product is incredibly effective for expelling liquid and mucus from the lungs. I recommend using this product in the bathroom where you can spit or have tissues near you. If you are an athlete, maybe use it near a grass patch you can spit on.I gave 4 stars for easy to use and this is more of a personal thing.. I have pain even when using the smallest or easiest ball to work with. I have difficulty completing all recommended breathing repetitions. I also have difficulty focusing for 10 minutes. I put a stopwatch on my phone or laptop and make sure to complete the repetitions at least twice a minute, but don't always get through them. I will caveat that I definitely have history of health issues concerning my lungs, and may find the task to be harder than others. I do think this will be helpful in the long run, I just cannot get out of constant flares, but once I have better control of my environment I think it can help me build better capacity or breathing.

Wow, what a great device. If you have a lot of mucus or drainage from your sinuses. I don’t know how I lived without it! I would rate it a 10!

The device works but I’m not sure the vibrating ball bearing is really doing anything for you. It doesn’t seam to be producing strong enough vibrations to be loosening anything. I think it’s more the fact that you are concentrating on making that ball bearing vibrate for as long as you can that is doing something. Any of the other lung exercise devices will probably do just as good of a job. Also the shaft of the devices where the mouthpiece goes into it rapidly developed stress cracks. Over all so far after 3-4 days of using it, I would say it’s worth purchasing as it isn’t anymore expensive than the others and if the ball bearing is actually doing something then you have the added benefit.

If you happen to be a deep sea diver or you want to breathe deeper so you have a better night sleep I recommend this unit I bought one because I have so much congestion in my lungs at times that and it cleaned it up right away it's a deep breathing exerciser it's perfect if you're deep sea diver then learn to Deep deeper a deeper use of your lungs comes with an exercise you can do exercises with it it helps to open up the capacities of your lungs so that you can breathe longer and get rid of phlegm as well I would recommend it good quality little product
