I used Earth Mama Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea during the last weeks of my pregnancy and really loved it. I personally did not tear during delivery, and this tea was part of my routine leading up to labor. I can’t say that it did anything to help my milk supply. For me personally it gave me headaches every time I would drink it. The taste wasn’t bad, it was good with some sugar.
