I've purchased this multiple times. Great product and it does help clear away the mucus in my throat/esophogus. Just stick it under your tongue and let it dissolve.

This product works great for lung health. It tastes good and it really helps breathing. I would say the first week you use it, your lungs clear themselves out. So that can seem like it's getting worse but it is much better because after they're cleared out the breathing is very improved. Haven't noticed any side effects.
