I have had many umbrellas in my 55 years on this wet planet but have owned and used the excellent Royal Walk 54” windproof umbrellas for the last 5 years. I currently own two of them. These windproof umbrellas are terrific - the best I have owned and I really cannot rate them highly enough. 54” is wide enough to very effectively protect my girlfriend and I from the very worst weather that the British Isles has to offer; they keep the rain off brilliantly - the first and primary duty of an umbrella. They are also extremely strong - certainly as “windproof” as they claim to be. In windy conditions that break normal umbrellas and/or turn them inside out these ones remain unperturbed. On a few occasions, I have struggled to hold onto the umbrella in extreme and unexpected gusts of wind but the Royal Walk umbrellas have stayed undamaged. Royal Walk are also the only brand I have ever owned that excite “umbrella envy” in my friends, several of whom have bought them on my recommendation. I have owned one of the umbrellas for 5 years and used it extensively, and it looks as good now - whether furled or open - as it did when I received it. They are perfect for casual use or when wearing a suit on business or formal occasions. In fact, I like these umbrellas so much that I have also owned two others - a total of four purchases - over the last few years. However, unfortunately I have lost these, in both cases by leaving them in pubs. In neither case was there any sign of them by the time I ‘phoned to reclaim them - I am sure that their new owners are enjoying the use of them, despite the dishonesty of their acquisition! These are attractive items and need to be looked after better than I sometimes have done. I have also found out that Royal Walk’s customer service is also excellent, in the following way. Of the two Royal Walk umbrellas I still own, one has been broken for some months since I accidentally dropped it 30 feet down a stairwell in a flat I was temporarily living in in Rome. It landed plumb on its ferrule but when I picked it up it seemed fine and - having little need to use it in anger in summertime Italy - I thought little more about it at the time. However, when I finished my period in Rome and returned to the UK I realised that all was not well. The first time I went to use the umbrella it flapped about, and I saw then that parts had come off the umbrella in the fall. Last week I wrote to Royal Walk to explain this and to ask if they would send me replacement parts. They have very generously agreed to do this, and to waive the shipping charges for getting them from their factory in Bulgaria to me in the UK. The parts are on their way to me now. A really excellent product and the best customer service - very highly recommended.

High quality umbrella, large so two people can easily fit under, sturdy and looks elegant. Highly recommend it Customer service is exceptional as well, I had an issue which was resolved by them very quickly.

I have been delighted with my Royal Walk umbrella, which I have now owned for 20 months. It is made from high-quality, durable materials and can handle strong gusts of wind without turning inside out. It does an excellent job of keeping the rain off, even during heavy downpours, and is large enough for two adults to share comfortably. The opening mechanism is powerful and activates smoothly at the press of a button. Once open, it locks in place with a reassuring click and remains firmly locked. Folding the umbrella is easy and the outer sleeve has a strap attached, which is useful if you want to carry it over your shoulder to keep your hands free. The colour is strong and shows no signs of fading (I ordered black). I have used the umbrella on a daily basis communting to work in the awful UK weather and it hasn't let me down once. It is far superior in every way to the cheap, semi-disposable umbrellas I have owned in the past. In addition, it comes with a 2-year warranty once registered via the Royal Walk website. I have no hesitation in recommending this umbrella and have purchased a second one for my wife, who has been very impressed with its performance. Thanks to Royal Walk's excellent customer service team, who dealt with my questions promptly and effectively.

High Quality umbrella. Very amazing resistance, design was perfect, opens like a charm and is good build quality. Short of a full 300 euro tactical umbrella this is the best you'll find without a doubt.

I bought this umbrella in late 2020, and after about 8 months of usage, it stopped opening - that is the only reason for my giving four stars in place of five. A while later (as I forgot about it in the warmer weather, when an umbrella wasn't needed), I contacted Primazon, knowing that I had bought the umbrella with a two-year warranty. Their customer service representative (Emma) was incredibly helpful, and polite, and ensured that once I'd activated my warranty (for this, I think I had to give my original order number - it was a very simple process, anyway), I received a new umbrella, free from additional costs. Owing to difficulties with inventory (I presume stemming from the current issues with the international supply chain), from my first E-mail to my getting the replacement umbrella, about six weeks elapsed - but I can't blame Primazon for this! In an ideal world, it'd have been nice to have been updated (as I was told originally that it would take about five days for my umbrella to come), but when I reached out again, a little over a month later, and enquired, Emma was again very helpful, and told me how long it'd take. I would recommend this umbrella to any prospective buyer - it stands up very well to the strongest of winds; it's very large; and you're safe in the knowledge that if something does happen, you can get a new one very easily.

Happy overall with quality very sturdy and strong than most other umbrellas well worth paying the extra money.

Has to be the best brolly I've ever bought. Light weight and stunning bright colours. A little shake once home and its nearly dry.
