Excellent service
Got pulled up on an audit at work because we hadn''t tested the emergency lighting. I oredered it immediately and the auditor was happy that it was on order and I would check the emergeny lighting as soon as it arrived. We have an annual electricity inspection but because its not itemised on their report form there was no proof that it had been checked.Having the retract chain is a blessing, because I know if it was just the key I would lose it before I needed to use it again!Prompt delivery - all's good
