Fungicidal Wash - 1 litre

The north face of the exterior of the house has developed a bit of a stain caused by some fungus / mould and although I could just paint over it, I wanted to make sure that it won't come back afterwards. I found a number of products and to my surprise, Amazon was one of the cheaper suppliers for this particular product which seems to be well recommended. The liquid in the wash is concentrated so needs to be diluted before use, and I found that I had enough to provide two complete washes of the whole of the three walls. Application was very easy, there was no excessive smell and it seems to have done the job that was needed fairly well. There are some warnings about taking appropriate precautions when applying the wash; sensible advice for the most part about keeping skin and eyes covered. However, it doesn't seem to be too caustic for a couple of minor splashes. Not having had to do this before, I was a bit concerned about how well it would work, but this seems to be just what I needed.

This would have been a 5 star if it were smaller. I have sorted out my black fungus problem with a very small amount of this fluid. What is left might last another 20 years - but it will obviously get lost or deteriorate before then. Otherwise, had problem, bought stuff, solved problem.

I used this on the outside of my Park Home.Very easy to use.It removed green algae that had developed behind my Downpipes and on the north face of my home.I put the wash on with a wide brush and the algae had disappeared in less than 24 hours. I missed a couple of places so went over them the next day. Great product for removing algae,I cannot comment on other uses.

This was supposed to be a dilutable concentrate and the listing says: "1 litre. Dilutes with water to make 5 litres". What I received was already diluted so only 1 litre where I should have had 5 when diluted. Anyone receiving this and not realising might use it too weak and it won't work. Make sure it has the little circle on the front of the label with a 5 in it. Returned for a refund.

I used this prior to power washing my wall and it certainly made life easier in removing unwanted growth. Happier to use than not to bother.

We have had some mould on our bedroom walls & wanted to make sure that before we redecorated the room that it was mould free. The good thing about this product is that after application, there is no need to wash it off before painting. We followed the instructions & are happy with the results. I would also recommend it since it is odourless - a big consideration if there is someone in the family who reacts to strong chemical odours.

Did no better than the cheaper one I bought in the supermarket.
