I was starting to get really bad elbow pain. Once I got the right placement they help a lot. I'm not just saying it. I don't video myself at the gym so no video sorry. They are effective velcro holds well. Durability have only had them a week. .

My legs get really sore after Leg Day. I bought these to wrap around my upper legs for compression. They worked great, helped recover fast.

Works very well especially on heavy lifting days, the velcro does fade over time. Need to create a new closure to fasten so it doesn't pop loose while lifting

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I use them on my bi so due to a tear and the compression definitely helps while lifting. No issues so far, I’m sure they’re good for elbow wraps, but I use them on my bicep. They are the longest elbow wraps on Amazon.

I get occasionally pain in my left elbow with heavier weight. I was using a sleeve type device before but wanted to try a sturdier wrap. It's nice because it's sturdy and you can adjust the tension by wrapping. I definitely feel the support and my elbow pain is non-existent. I used it regularly and don't see any hint of integrity or build quality issues.

does it’s job and protects the strain on the elbow joints! I’m able to lift heavier with them on

These bands were very uncomfortable like wrapping sandpaper around my arm/elbow. They continually slipped out of place no matter how I wrapped them around my arm, including what was recommended. This gave my elbow bicep tendon no support at all, and oft times caused more pain wearing them than now since I quit using them. For me a total waste of $20, as they definitely failed as far as functionality, my only reason for buying them.

Ho preso queste fasce perché in alcuni sollevamenti in palestra ho dei fastidi ai gomiti e alcuni "colleghi" di palestra mi hanno consigliato di provare con questo genere di fasce e sono contentissimo di averlo fatto perché la situazione è migliorata davvero tanto! Le fasce sono forse un po' rigide come materiale rispetto ad altri modelli che ho ma mi trovo comunque benissimo soprattutto perché hanno un elastico che aiuta sia a tirarle che a inserirle nelle braccia da soli, non capisco perché alcuni si lamentano che sia troppo stretto, per quanto mi riguarda basta perdere qualche secondo in più a regolare correttamente il tiro. Le consiglio a tutti anche per l' ottimo prezzo!

Bande élastique plutôt que coudière, j'aime beaucoup moins car c'est pas simple à mettre en place et il faut bien gérer le serrage

These are probably the best elbow wraps ive ever had. They take some getting used to in order to figure out how to wrap them, specially if you're wrapping yourself and having to do it with one hand but once they're on, they're awesome. Very high quality material and the velcro is very strong. If you're looking for wrap style sleeves like this, these are it.
