We bought this 8ft dryer vent to go with our new dryer, and it’s been exactly what we needed. The length was perfect to reach the exterior vent without any strain or awkward bends. It feels durable and well-made, not flimsy like some cheaper options we've used in the past.Installation was super easy—my husband had it connected and secure in under 10 minutes. The flexibility made it easy to maneuver, but it still holds its shape well once set in place. There’s a tight, secure fit on both ends, and no air leaks.So far, the airflow is great and our dryers are working efficiently. No kinks, no overheating, and no lint backup. Very happy with this purchase—would absolutely buy again if we ever need another one!

There are so many choices out there for this kind of product. I have purchased many and installed several.In the flexible hose category I found it to be an excellent value. It is insulated, more durable than most, stretches to 6-8 feet, and come with two clamps for installation.Note: I have used the more rigid, much more costly aluminum hose, and while it works great if you don't run into a problem. However, there are potential issues:-the design is no more than thicker aluminum foil that is pressed and glued at the seams. This means that if you stretch too much, the seams will weaken and frustrate your installation, or come apart later on its own.-What's worse is that you don't know how much is too much to stretch; they typically say 8 feet, but you may run into this if you stretch it past five or six.So for ordinary home use, I find the flexible plastic to be the best route. The downside to plastic hoses is that they eventually break down from the heat, but this takes years depending on the use. But this particular hose has an insulated interior and also has a rubber exterior coating, making it more durable.The package arrived fast, secure and small.I highly recommend it.

This TEAIERXY 4-inch, 8FT dryer vent hose is a game-changer! It’s so much better than the standard aluminum flex hoses, which are bulky and often get knocked loose when pushing the dryer back into place. That used to be incredibly frustrating, but not anymore!The TEAIERXY hose flexes like a rubber band, allowing it to take up far less space behind the dryer while staying securely in place. Installation was a breeze, and I’ve had no issues with it coming loose. The flexible design also makes it easier to adjust when needed.I’m very impressed with the quality and performance of this vent hose – definitely worth the investment. I would buy it again without hesitation!

Good quality vent hose, but installation can be trickyThis dryer vent hose is well-built and feels durable. The layered PVC and aluminum foil design makes it sturdy yet flexible, and the insulation helps reduce heat loss and noise when the dryer is running. It’s long enough at 8 feet to give some flexibility in positioning, and the included clamps are a nice touch for securing it tightly.That said, installation wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. The hose is a bit stiff, which makes it harder to maneuver in tight spaces behind the dryer. The clamps included work fine, but they aren’t the most heavy-duty—if you’re planning frequent disconnects for cleaning, you might want to upgrade them. Also, because of the thicker insulated design, it takes up more space than a standard vent hose, so you’ll need to account for that clearance.Once installed, it works well—airflow is strong and there’s no noticeable leakage. The insulation also makes it feel safer and more efficient compared to a thin foil-only vent.Bottom line: A solid upgrade from basic dryer vent hoses, but be prepared for a bit more effort during installation, especially if your setup has limited space.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this particular product, because of it’s quality and durability. I had to replace my dryer and had it installed by the big box store. They tried to use a ridge aluminum vent hose which ripped and did not have a good seal. They installed it perfectly. The issue was my vent stack connection is sort of oblong and not round with very little clearance in the box in the wall. To make long story short, this vent pipe was flexible enough to get all the way around without tearing and it contoured itself to my oblong stack. Highly recommend it if you have a similar situation or if you just need to replace your dryer vent pipe.

We purchased this to help prevent air flow issues as when we tried to push our dryer back we would always smash the vent hose.This vent hose changed that. It doesn't smash and we were able to place it in the position we needed to be able to push our dryer back. It is a game changer and has helped so much in air flow. Color is as shown and is of good qualify. Great for the value and works as described!

We wish the builders had used this to begin with. Unfortunately, our builders didn’t properly connect our dryer vent and it was loose in the walls for over a year before we realized what was happening. We had to cut the wall and debated about what type of hose to replace it with. This holds up extremely well, is easy to maneuver, functions as expected. Buy this one. Don’t hesitate.

This Dryer hose is easier to install than the traditional aluminum hose. It is easy to seal to avoid leaks. Also it is stronger since it has different layers of different materials but at the same time it is soft and also easier to manage when it is time to accommodate behind the dryer. Looks great too. All in all it works better that the traditional hose.
