Solid bit of kit. The Amazon Basics 'purple' resistance and pull up band rated at 18 to 36kg is excellent quality for the price. I use it mainly for stretching and mobility work after gym sessions and it’s spot on. Plenty of resistance without feeling harsh, smooth tension, and it hasn’t lost shape or elasticity. Ideal for post workout recovery, assisted stretches and general flexibility work. Simple, durable and does exactly what it’s meant to. Has a nice thickness and feel and is long enough to complete seated soleus stretches using plantarflexion assistance.

The bands are perfect. Good resistance. overall very happy with the product.

Good resistance. It helps with low intensity adductor exercise in my case. You have to carefully choose which rubber band suits you the best for each type of routine. This is not for biceps I suppose. I like the product and will buy different weight ranges in the future.
