This item works so well, it enables me to use my Sony Alpha 330 DSLR with my telescope effortlessly, just replace the lens with adaptor and place in eyepiece of telescope, job gone, with the through view option on camera, you can focus directly with camera attached, one point to note, you must set camera to manual use (top left hand dial) for camera to recognise adaptor, if you do not you get a message no lens attached, this is quite normal. This device does exactly what it is meant to do, I had a t ring for my DSLR and 1-1/4 inch a telescope viewer and this is all I needed to be able to connect the two, it fitted both sides without annoyance Thanks for a great device

A high quality adapter. I hooked this up to my Celestron Nexstar without any problems and it worked fine (when coupled with a Canon EOS T-Ring and the Canon camera itself) The only thing that bugs me about it is that the small diameter handle thumbscrew can become quite uncomfortable on your thumb and index finger to squeeze when fastening or loosening (Cold weather makes it a lot worse). I recommend replacing the screw with one with a bigger outer diameter.

A good quality, solid, T-Adaptor. The only problem, not related to any deficiency in the product itself, is that most reflector telescopes (including some Celestron models) won't be able to bring the focus-point of the telescope past the eyepiece socket (and, thus, into this adaptor) with even the best of cameras on their own. That's just simple physics, where the focus-point is actually inside the eyepiece socket tube and is only extended by eyepieces with lenses, or Barlow lenses. You'll know this is the case for your telescope if holding the camera on the empty eyepiece means you can't focus your camera enough to get a clean image. Celestron sell an equivalent to this adaptor with a Barlow lens integrated which solves the problem, which is also available on Amazon.

This adapter is apparently too long to achieve focus with the a Celestron Astromaster 130 and a DSLR (w/ mirror). It seems to have useless extra length. Maybe look for a shorter adapter, or try with a Barlow.

used in combination with an Astromaster 90az and a Canon EOS (with T ring adapter), it does exactly what it says on the tin, price is not bad either, half the price of what I would pay for it here in Ireland.

Not impressed with the quality of the photographs I get with this product. Appears focussed in the camera viewfinder but pictures are of a poor quality. You get what you pay for and in this instance that is not much!

I bought this piece to use with a Nikon D3000. Coupled with the right T mount adapter, I could take pictures of the moon using my Celestron Travel Scope 70. The whole setup worked pretty well. Pros: - Good quality; - Works as described; Cons: - A bit pricy.

I received the Celestron 93625 Universal 1.25-inch Camera T-Adapter on time as promised. The adapter met or exceeded the advertised specifications and was well constructed. It performed great on my Dynamax 8 as expected. I would recommend it for use when the camera is mounted into the telescope eyepiece holder. Your eyepiece holder must be sturdy enough to hold a SLR or DSLR camera body. I did not have any problems with focusing on my Dynamax 8. Balancing my camera/telescope combination took a little work since I was using a 90 degree erecting eyepiece holder on my telescope. A straight through eyepiece holder may be better. If your telescope permits removal of the eyepiece holder then you may wish to get the Celestron T-Mount or the Opteka T-Mount Adapter to fit your particular SLR or DSLR camera. I later used the T-Mount Adapter to attach my camera directly to my telescope and eliminating the telescope's removable eyepiece holder. I did NOT have any focusing problems with the camera T-Adapter or the camera T-Mount adapter with my Dynamax 8 telescope. The adapters are designed to be used with the camera lens removed. The Celestron camera adapter permits the insertion of a 1.25 diameter plain barrel eyepiece into the adapter to increase the magnifying power but this reduces the light greatly due to the added lenses of the eyepiece and from the eyepiece projected image onto the film or camera sensor chip. The reduced light will require longer exposures and therefore require manual tracking or a telescope tracking device (clock drive). When using an inserted eyepiece into the camera T-Adapter, care must be taken to make sure that longer barrel eyepieces do not obstruct the camera's mirror flip-up action.

The T-adapter worked perfectly with the T-ring for the Canon Rebel Xsi and the focuser of my astromaster 130eq.

Gündüz teslim edildiği için gelir gelmez denemek amacıyla teleskopu şehire doğru çevirdim ve bir kaç kare fotoğraf çektim. Gayet güzel sonuçlar aldım. Sanırım gece Ay ve diğer gök cisimlerinde de güzel fotoğraflar çekeceğiz.
