It’s what you make of it
The first picture is what you get upon arrival. With a pair of scissors, some liquid latex, a lot of hairspray and some spiking cement though anything is possible, and I used some spray in hair color to add some extra depth and texture. You can use it as is, but turning it into exactly what you want is way more satisfying.

Cheap junk-not even for a 1 night event
The cap is terrible. Horrible. Not fixable unless you are maybe a cone head... there is no way to get this to pay flat on a normal head. Waste of money. My hubby is a professional clown & was looking to create new persona. A little Elmer’s flue to shape & we thought it could make a great Bozo style. However as stated above it is not usable. So disappointing.
