Compact and complete, this map fits easily in any pocket or pack, and the metro map alone would make it worth the price.

I bought one of these popout maps for each of the cities on our trip itinerary this summer. My husband scoffed at the maps initially, but they were incredibly useful! They are small enough to fit in a pocket or small backpack and feature really useful information. We are heading back to Europe this winter and will purchase popout maps for each city.

For the enterprising traveler who doesn't want to advertise newcomer presence in one of the world's great cities by carrying around a large map, here is London in your pocket. This folding, pop-up map fits in a shirt or pants pocket. When unfolded, you get coverage of Central London, the West End, the London Underground, and the main bus routes in downtown London.As other reviewers have noted, the coverage is restricted to downtown London. Outlying venues such as the London Zoo are not covered. The print is small; you will need your reading glasses. On the other hand, you can hardly get a tourist aid more convenient than this, especially if enterprising travelers have their homework and knows where they want to go. Well recommended to that audience.

Gave it to my friend for his first trip abroad to London, and he was happy to have it.

Pocket size, I understand but the pop out is less than a letter size page and a full map! Too small to read without a magnifying glass which I do not intent to carry around.

The pop up maps are readable and useful. The bus map is useless, and the Underground map is not comprehensive, and does not include the outlying stations.
