Es la salsa Perrins de toda la vida. La uso en sopas, caldos, purés… e imprescindible para las lentejas! Ahora he descubierto la famosa michelada mejicana que, la receta que a mí me gusta, básicamente es Perrins con cerveza y me encanta. Lo “malo” es que a cada michelada le echo, uno o dos dedos de Perrins por lo que el bote pequeño, que antes me duraba meses se acaba enseguida. Con este nuevo tamaño ya tengo para unas cuantas micheladas!! Incluso con cerveza sin alcohol están estupendas! Por cierto, michelada viene de “mi chela (cerveza) helada”. Hay mil recetas distintas.

Purtroppo nella mia zona dove abito in Trentino Alto Adige in Vallelaghi ai supermercati qui vicino non si trova più la mitica salsa Worcestershire che abitualmente era presente sugli scaffali nel formato piccolo. Per tale motivo ho approfittato del grande formato del prodotto succitato, che uso per arricchire le salse ed i sughi, prodotto che conosco da moltissimi anni che usava anche la mia mamma. Consigliatissimo per avere una marcia in più nelle preparazioni in cucina, ottimo anche su arrosti di carne al forno. GF
