Tama Tuning Key Drum Hammer Iron Cobra (DH7)

I’ve had the original Drum Hammer that came with my Speed Cobra double pedal for almost 9 years. When I finally needed to replace it, close to a decade old, I thought nothing of it and ordered two. The first one broke on the first twist of a lug, and the second nearly rounded out in just a couple days. Still not the end of the world…. Until I contacted Tama (as they are listed first in the options to choose from when you have an issue, in Amazon’s return page). The CSR at Tama USA proceeded to clearly present zero interest with my issue, and made it quite apparent that they - at best - skimmed my 30 second email; and pretty much stated that I should contact Amazon or “whomever” I purchased the DH7 from. Let me be clear - I simply wrote a laid back email asking them if they’d like to handle the replacement, or if I should go through Amazon. I really did figure they’d prefer the product feedback, rather than a nasty review I had no intention of ever writing. I really had no issue beyond just wanting a replacement. Poor customer service within large companies is getting absurd, and after years of being a supporting customer, this got to me. Too bad, I really love Tama gear.

Lost my tool for my IC double bass pedal, this was the perfect replacement, certainly a must have for adjusting the pedal settings. Nice quality, affordable price.

Great drum key for the Iron Cobra 900 double bass pedal!

Rather pricey for what it is, however, my original one that came with my pedals disappeared and i had no way to adjust my pedals so i ordered this one. Looks and functions like the original, just a bit over priced.

This little tool REALLY Comes in handy when I'm setting up or breaking down my Tama gear weather its the pedals or the Power Tower this is all you need.
