It doesn't make sausage rolls.

I found the mix too satly
I only added to the sausage mix minced pork and water nothing else, and followed the instrutions on the pack to make my sausages is there a reason for the salty taste, I used to be a Butcher in my younger days and made 100s of pounds of sausage every morning and they never tasted salty is there a reason for this taste be nice to know

Pretty much spot on
Having tried almost all the Cumberland in the North, I can say this is as close as possible. I add more Sage, Salt and Pepper, but that's just for my taste. Put this with the natural 38mm Hog casings, Air Fry or slow smoke and these are bang tidy

You don't need to add oatmeal
The product is an all in one mix so doesn't need the pinhead oatmeal that it says is needed in the description. I bought oatmeal to add so wasted my money! Product is tasty but a tad salty for my taste.
